Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Arrow Paving Limited. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and presentable workspace.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Make beds and change sheets in employee accommodations to provide a comfortable living space.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our employees have access to essential amenities.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to minimize losses and ensure a smooth operation.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to our employees and visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience at our location.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required to maintain our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a sparkling clean appearance.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling to perform various cleaning tasks.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking to move around the premises and perform tasks.
  • Work Term: Permanent position offering stability and opportunities for growth.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
