We are a dynamic company seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time position responsible for managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for maintaining high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Establish work schedules that ensure seamless day-to-day operations, meeting productivity goals and providing adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen helpers, and other support staff to guarantee efficient service delivery.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to new employees on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control measures to ensure they meet expectations.
- Cost Control: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, manage inventory levels, and prepare budget forecasts to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards, inspecting food and service to ensure consistency with our brand's reputation for excellence.
- Budget Management: Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage to inform strategic decision-making.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively address customer complaints, resolving issues promptly while promoting a positive dining experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Fluency in English language required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring adaptability and strong communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, reflecting the demands and responsibilities of this role. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.

A permanent position with a flexible schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week is available.
