Job Summary:

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of their store. This includes managing sales, inventory, and visual merchandising to ensure maximum sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and employee development.
  • Oversee sales floor appearance and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by following company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 18 years old.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Prior retail management experience.
