Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate room inventory.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent Employment: A stable and secure work environment.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
