Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurturing Caregiver to join our team at Sarvenaz Nazem. As a key member of our childcare support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and companionship to infants and children in the comfort of their own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full responsibility for household management, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all family members.
  • Plan and execute activities such as games, outings, and educational programs to promote cognitive development and social skills.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, fostering emotional well-being and trust.
  • Establish and maintain routines, including bath time, dressing, and feeding schedules.
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure seamless communication and coordination of daily needs.
  • Ensure timely transportation to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high level of patience, empathy, and understanding is essential when working with children of varying ages and abilities.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field is required. Candidates with a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a valid driver's license are preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances. A flexible and organized approach to work is essential, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

What We Offer

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
