About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Architect/Designer to join our team at DIALOG. As a key member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Design and Technical Expertise: Provide expert design and technical guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor junior and intermediate architectural team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including project pursuit and proposal development.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of architectural design and leadership experience, with a focus on government and/or institutional project types.
  • Education: First Professional Architecture degree (Master's Degree in Architecture is a plus).
  • Certifications: Registered Architect preferred (or eligible).
  • Skills: Proficiency in BIM projects and processes, REVIT expertise, Navisworks, and LEED AP.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership experience in establishing scope, directing the work of professional architects and technical staff on multiple projects.
