Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Salesperson to join our team at One Touch Heat And Cool. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining sales records, and promoting products and services to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services sought, and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Sales Records: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and sales analysis.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively promote and sell products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to changing sales targets.
