We're seeking a motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Insurance Advisor at our Salt Spring, BC location. As a Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance, working closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional client service.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide personalized support to clients, answering their questions and communicating product benefits that meet their needs
  • Participate in comprehensive training to obtain your Level 1 Insurance license, with financial support provided by Westland
  • Work collaboratively with our team to turn client concerns into opportunities
