The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving financial success in designated projects within our Foundations Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective project safety performance through regular inspections and audits.
  • Oversee quality management processes, material procurement, and subcontractor relations for assigned projects.
  • Drive financial performance, aligning with business plans and targets.
  • Report on project progress, financial status, and potential issues to Operations Manager.
  • Resolve project-level disputes and escalate matters to Operations Manager as needed.
  • Build and manage a project team with defined responsibilities, covering all aspects of project operations.
  • Develop succession plans for key positions within the department.
  • Authorize expenditures and proposal pricing within established limits.
  • Maintain close relationships with major clients and unions.
  • Ensure all project activities align with corporate strategic plans, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Technical college diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Foundations Industry.
  • Strong understanding of estimating, project forecasting, and change management principles.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for various project sizes.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Familiarity with Hard Dollar and SAP considered an asset.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
