We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team at Wendy Hernandez, Alfie Viray. As a key member of our home care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
- Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
- Child Care and Development: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, while also instructing them in personal hygiene and social development.
- Discipline and Emotional Support: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and provide emotional support to ensure their well-being.
- Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet the dietary needs of the children.
- Activity Planning: Organize activities such as games and outings for children to promote their physical and mental development.
- Supervision and Safety: Supervise and care for children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
