Food Service Supervisor

At DHANTI INVESTMENTS LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Establish work schedules, balancing staff needs with business requirements.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a 35-40 hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
