We are looking for a talented Staff Accountant to join our Audit team at KPMG in Canada. As a Staff Accountant, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the audit of clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Review financial statements and related notes to identify areas for improvement.
- Test internal controls to ensure their effectiveness.
- Perform financial and systems analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Accounting/business diploma.
- Enrolled in the CPA program.
- Minimum 1 year of auditing experience with a public accounting firm.
- Proficient knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality services to clients.
