Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Reliable AOC Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Willingness to relocate for this position
  • Residency in proximity to the advertised location
  • Previous experience in this field of employment
  • Highest level of study completed
