The IT SuccessFactors Specialist role is responsible for being business facing, understanding the business processes, understanding requirements, translating that into technical specifications and development and support for various applications in Human Resources in Colgate. The role demands the candidate to own the projects in a timely manner and implement efficiently with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and implementation of technologies for Recruiting and Onboarding in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central, ensuring alignment with HR technology goals in a high-growth environment.
- Improve HR efficiency and productivity by driving HR systems implementation and supporting processes, including conducting security and architecture reviews with HR and IT teams for vendor assessments.
- Lead project management efforts with offshore centers and software vendors to develop systems for Recruiting and Onboarding, while partnering with CoHRE and CBS teams to optimize HR processes.
- Maintain and improve system performance and reliability by adhering to standard procedures, global governance, and project documentation, while independently connecting with business teams to understand requirements.
- Serve as a central coordinator for priorities across areas of responsibility, collaborating with the India GSSO organization, and staying informed on technological advancements in SAP SuccessFactors through continuous self-learning and research.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors, particularly in Recruiting (Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Relationship Management), Onboarding modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and logically resolve issues, including troubleshooting to identify root causes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR business processes.
- SuccessFactors module and certification.
- Preferred programming skills and exposure to Onboarding 2.0.
- PMP certification is a nice to have.
- Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies, along with strong oral and written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range $102,400.00 - $151,200.00 USD
- Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.
- In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

- Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually.
- Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year.
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements).
