As a Security and Privacy Training & Awareness Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Trust posture, focusing on security and privacy awareness across Autodesk. You are a candidate that is a strong communicator, has knowledge of security and privacy best practices, and has experience developing training programs.

You will collaborate with teams to develop, implement and maintain security and privacy training programs, facilitate trainings and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences, support the development of internal security and privacy awareness campaigns, conduct in-house phishing simulations, monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and awareness programs, and be responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) administration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security and privacy training programs
  • Facilitate trainings and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support the development of internal security and privacy awareness campaigns
  • Conduct in-house phishing simulations
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and awareness programs
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience developing training programs, curriculum development, and role-mapping
  • Knowledge of editing tools for curating and creating training content
  • Familiarity in creating internal corporate wide phishing campaigns
  • Familiarity with industry practices and trends related to security, privacy, and data ethics
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of internal stakeholders to promote Autodesk's approach to security/privacy and build trust in the organization

Salary and Benefits

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $68,300 and $100,100. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
