As a Senior Financial Analyst at Reliance Home Comfort, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. You will be responsible for analyzing key trends, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and supporting the functions' delivery against financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide value-added variance analysis to drive performance
  • Support the development of annual budgets and strategic plans
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and business support
  • Professional designation or working towards a designation or advanced degree (CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
