Deck Installer

We are seeking a skilled Deck Installer to join our team at Bolton Renovations. As a Deck Installer, you will be responsible for installing decks and other outdoor structures to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our work.
- Installation Planning: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for each project.
- Measurement and Marking: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
- Equipment Handling: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
- Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations, following safety protocols and best practices.
- Scaffolding and Platforms: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
