About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Development to join our Mobility Division. This individual will be responsible for executing product strategy and management across all smartphones, new computing devices, and mobile enhancement products. They will work closely with sales teams to develop analytics-driven programs, customer USPs, offers, and sell-out platforms to optimize investments and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and maximize market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead project management and execution of divisional and cross-divisional initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in product development or management, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
