About the Role:
The District Sales Manager for Quebec Territory is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in all stores across the region. This role involves:
- Store Performance Evaluation: Assessing store performance through reports and setting clear objectives to achieve Lovisa's directives and benchmarks.
- Communication and Coaching: Ensuring clear and consistent communication with team members, including morning calls, written action plans, and one-on-one meetings, while coaching and developing the team.
- Team Recruitment and Development: Recruiting passionate and customer-focused team members through Lovisa's recruitment process and developing a succession plan.
- Cost Optimization: Reducing unnecessary costs through effective rostering, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Loss Prevention: Focusing on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring store managers and team members follow Lovisa's Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practices.
