Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at InfoSpec Systems Inc. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions to their issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to customers experiencing issues with our products or services
- Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to resolve them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of technical issues
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a call centre environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and device drivers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
