Job Summary

Trans Mountain is seeking a Co-Op Student in Human Resources to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a Co-Op Student, you will have the opportunity to work with a progressive and fast-paced group of Human Resources professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in coordinating and administering HR policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment team with the full cycle recruitment process.
  • Conduct system administration and data coordination for onboarding and off-boarding of contractors and employees.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for contractor set up and closeout.
  • Participate in HR projects as identified.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

  • Must be enrolled in a Business Administration or related program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
