QSR Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled QSR Food Services Manager to oversee the operations of our national brands and proprietary Aramark brands at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and take on a leadership role in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Food Service Director to meet targets and ensure the success of our locations
- Manage and train supervisors to ensure high-quality service and compliance with food safety and revenue standards
- Develop and implement training schedules for new promotions and ensure that all staff are properly trained
- Resolve customer complaints and handle staff questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with Franchisee District Managers to ensure smooth operations and provide additional support as needed
- Maintain proper payroll procedures and ensure that a quality service is provided to all guests
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director
- Excel at task delegation and work planning
- Able to organize, compose, and review daily financial reports
- Manage operational standards and team members
- Experience in scheduling, staff positioning, and conflict resolution
- Customer service background preferred
- Previous experience in Quick Service, Clearview an asset
- Friendly and outgoing
- Positive attitude
- Previous management experience required
- Food Safe certification is also preferred
