Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabrication Specialist to join our team at ALM. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks, including operating manual and semi-automatic equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications, and examining welds for quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including ARC spot and TIG welding techniques.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and manuals to identify critical components and processes.
  • Examine welds to ensure quality and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain and repair welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
