Job Description:

$75,000 - $95,000 per year

This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their skills in the construction and infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates by analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documentation.
  • Budgeting and Scheduling: Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to develop project budgets and schedules.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
  • Tender Documents: Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents.
  • Project Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
  • The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
