Fashion Product Copywriter Job Description

At Harry Rosen, we're seeking a talented Fashion Product Copywriter to join our Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling product copy that reflects our brand's distinctive voice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging product descriptions that capture the essence of our fashion products.
  • Collaborate with merchants and vendors to transform product information into captivating copy.
  • Research products to enhance copy with key selling features.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency in brand tone.
  • Develop and maintain product copy standards and guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer purchasing behaviors.
  • Assist in creating editorial content for our website and other marketing channels.
  • Conduct website audits to ensure accuracy of copy displayed.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in E-commerce, Fashion, or related Digital Media program.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword search.
  • Thorough understanding of fashion and clothing terminology.
  • Experience with fashion ecommerce, marketing, and editorial recommended.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital environment processing and managing a large amount of assets.
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules.
