  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterloo/St. Jacobs.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and supervising a team of staff members.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work for team members to ensure seamless operation of the hotel.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel environment.
  • Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions:
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
