- We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterloo/St. Jacobs.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and supervising a team of staff members.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work for team members to ensure seamless operation of the hotel.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain high standards.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel environment.
- Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Working Conditions:
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
