Manufacturing Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at Ontario Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Configure machine or equipment controls to meet specific requirements.
- Conduct work measurement studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop computer applications for machines and processes using software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Gather and analyze operational or experimental data to inform decision-making.
- Establish and maintain manufacturing procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business objectives.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Experience working with computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques and processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
