Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at SA Watches and Jewelry. As a key member of our sales staff, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of 1-2 sales staff members
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels
  • Sell high-end watches and jewelry to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage cash handling, including operating the point-of-sale system and making change
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; relevant post-secondary education an asset
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with sales software and technology
