Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with members to understand their financial needs and goals
- Identify opportunities to match members with the right products and solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and referral goals
- Participate in business development plans and marketing campaigns
- Promote referrals to our Wealth Management, Business Banking teams, and 3rd party providers
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our current investment/retail banking services and products
- Provide outstanding member experience and adhere to Servus' best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service. A high school diploma is also required. While not necessary, post-secondary education in Finance or related studies, as well as certifications such as Investment Funds in Canada Course & License (IFIC), Personal Financial Service Advice (PFSA), and Financial Planning I (FP1), are valuable assets.
