Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Services department at Northern Health. As a Physiotherapist, you will work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide physiotherapy services to patients in inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, treat, and develop treatment plans for patients with various physical conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and promote functional independence
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, research, and education to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide work direction to rehabilitation assistants and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications
  • Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
  • One year of recent related experience
  • Valid BC Driver's license where required
Leadership and Communication

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who can demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills, including the ability to promote staff morale, engagement, and risk-taking. You will also need to demonstrate creative planning for change and innovations, as well as ongoing professional development of self and others.
