Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Manning & Amy Croft. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Participating in case conferences and case management
  • Supporting return-to-work programs and educating clients on various strategies to improve function
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Be a registered member in good standing with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in treating clients with physical, mental health, and/or neurological conditions
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Benefits

This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a signing bonus. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
