About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience and Relationship Specialist to join our team at TD Securities. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Job Summary
This role involves processing financial transactions, understanding and determining customer needs, responding to and resolving customer concerns, and achieving assigned goals and business objectives. You will also be responsible for promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and connection
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
- Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented
Benefits

Salary Range:$55,000 - $70,000 per year (plus benefits)
