About the Role:

Brandt is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Director to lead and grow our online sales channel in Regina, SK.

This senior leadership position will report to the Vice President of Customer Experience and oversee the development and execution of the ecommerce roadmap, driving online revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and proven experience in driving online revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the revenue, expenses, and profitability of Brandt's online business.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce platform, including site updates, promotions, and customer service.
  • Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of driving online revenue and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
