As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
* Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
* Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Interpersonal awareness and team player
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Work Environment:

* Fast-paced environment
* Work under pressure
* Tight deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Large workload
