Showcase, the world's largest retailer of its kind, is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Associate to join its team. As a Part-Time Seasonal Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by showcasing and selling the hottest trending products in retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals
  • Create a fun and interactive atmosphere through storefront demos and product knowledge
  • Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge sharing
  • Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
  • Assist in daily store tasks, such as merchandising, price changes, and stock

Requirements:

  • A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a group setting
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Demonstration experience an asset
