About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist Assistant to join our team at Honest Restaurant. In this dynamic role, you will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department, aligning them with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication within the team, ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Direct and control daily operations, making informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
  • Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Motivate staff, fostering a culture of engagement and productivity.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring responsible financial management.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Recruit and hire workers, developing effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining financial records and reports.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify and mitigate risks.

This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and excellent oral communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess flexibility, judgment, and a client-focused approach.
