At Backstage, we're seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to spearhead our technology strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of software solutions in a distributed environment. Your expertise in SAP/ERP and Supply Chain System Integration will be invaluable in driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project development teams in architecting solutions that achieve specific project goals while adhering to strategic enterprise architecture and IT Guiding Principles.
• Review and provide guidance for system development lifecycle documents, specifically input into the Blueprint, High-Level Technical Design, and review of detailed designs.
• Leverage and assist with the evolution of enterprise architecture strategic goals and work products.
• Evaluate and provide input into discovery initiatives, business proposals, and charters for new projects.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, techniques, and processes to enhance software development and quality.
• Participate in Blueprint and High-Level Functional Design and determine strategy.
• Analyze current technical solutions to meet business processes.
• Consult on recommendations for business process change with respect to total solutions.
• Analyze technical changes required to meet new business goals.
• Determine business and technical requirements for the solution.

Requirements

• An Undergraduate degree in a related area.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in all aspects of the development and deployment of software solutions in a distributed environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP/ERP and Supply Chain System Integration.
• Experience and knowledge of SAP S4, SAP CAR, SAP PMR, FNR - Next Generation Merchandising systems.
• Significant experience in 3 or more distinct software development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions to business goals.
• Great breadth and depth of technical and business knowledge, strong familiarity with current and upcoming technological capabilities, and a proven ability to architect, construct, and deploy solutions in a collaborative team environment.
• Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate with others in a matrix organization.
