Paraprofessional - Legal Assistant/Paralegal

As a Paraprofessional - Law Clerk/Paralegal, you'll play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and professionals in various practice areas, including Administrative Law, Business Law, Litigation, Real Estate, and Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers and professionals with legal and technical duties, including drafting documents and conducting research.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Community College Certificate/Diploma or Degree in a Law Clerk/Paralegal or Urban Planning program, and/or equivalent experience working in a legal environment.
- Law Clerk/Paralegal, Urban Planner, or Trademark Agent certification/designation, depending on province.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with lawyers, professionals, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Aderant.
