Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Association for Mineral Exploration. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing and processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
