Account Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team at Ogilvy. As an Account Executive, you will work closely with Account Management leaders to apply knowledge of client competitive landscapes and understand data/business results and their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with junior clients
  • Be the day-to-day project contact with lower level clients, creative teams, and other agency partners
  • Work integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing great work
  • Basic understanding of staffing and scoping requirements
  • Recognize scope changes and elevate to Account Supervisors
  • Work alongside planning and senior account management leaders to produce simple creative briefs
  • Execute media and advocacy relations activities and have working knowledge of media, influencers, advocates, and their needs
  • Basic analysis and presentation of client's business results and competitive landscapes to clients and agency team members
  • Understand and respect every department's role within Ogilvy
  • Contribute to the development and presentation of new business programs for potential and existing clients

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of industry experience managing 'the making' or delivery of great work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Developed skills in research and analysis
  • Demonstrate strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen
  • Dependable and trusted team member
  • Willingness to take on new challenges
