Job Title: General Manager Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Sales to join our team at Workfox Inc.

Job Summary:

The General Manager Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
