  • About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Support Assistant to join our team at AJOC International Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing and formatting documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and other tasks as required.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to clients and the public, providing general information and answering inquiries.
  • Perform various tasks, including photocopying, collating, and filing documents, as well as maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Organize and schedule office work, prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, and provide administrative support for projects and events.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and data entry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
