We are seeking an experienced and reliable Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at Greenway Carriers. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating our fleet of trucks, transporting goods and materials across the country.

About the Job

This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a valid AZ class license and a clean driving record. Previous experience in long-haul truck driving is essential, with a focus on transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials across various routes
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring safety and security of cargo
  • Perform brake adjustments, preventive maintenance, and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption
  • Pay and receive payments for goods, and communicate with central dispatch
Work Environment

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be required to spend extended periods of time on the road, often in isolation. However, you will be supported by our team and provided with the necessary tools and resources to perform your duties safely and efficiently.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, Greenway Carriers offers a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a comprehensive training program.
