Shanto Dental Ceramics is seeking an Office Support Associate to join our team. As an Office Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental office. Your primary duties will include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for patients and ensure timely reminders are sent.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth-running office.
- Digital Tools: Utilize electronic medical records, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office to streamline administrative tasks.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
