Global Business Development Manager

What We Are Looking For
You will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading business development activities is required, and you should be ready to join Framatome and contribute to delivering clean, safe energy and advancing nuclear technology.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international nuclear customers to build strong relationships, identify needs, and create opportunities for the Installed Base Business Unit.
- Collaborate with individuals from other Framatome business units in France and Germany, as well as country managers, to align the IB-A business with the overall Framatome strategy for a given customer.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
- International sales experience.
- Motivation of teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude.
- Capacity to adapt and change while addressing multiple offers in parallel.
- Multi-lingual skills, with emphasis on Spanish, French, and Arabic.
- Knowledge of Framatome offerings.
- Established customer relationships with non-US utilities and partners.
