Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead our operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Manage and oversee the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving efficiency
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
