Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Review and Drafting: Conduct thorough reviews of purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other real estate contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and protect client interests.

Closing Document Preparation: Prepare all necessary closing documents, including deeds, mortgages, and settlement statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms of real estate transactions on behalf of clients, leveraging strong communication skills to reach favorable agreements.

Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in disputes related to real estate transactions, utilizing deep knowledge of local and state real estate laws to advocate effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep Understanding of Real Estate Law: Possess extensive knowledge of local and state real estate laws, including property ownership, contracts, title issues, and closing procedures.
