Talent Management Coordinator

Farmily Day Care Services is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Management Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.
Overview:

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will support the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities include attracting qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings and assessments, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining databases, and completing the onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive responsibility in Human Resources recruitment and generalist experience.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
