Restaurant Operations Manager

Au Restaurant Ltd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, physically demanding work, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
