Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Practice Nurse to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

About the Role

Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, you will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver professional nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing independent nursing services and administering prescribed medical treatments
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge
  • Participating in the development and implementation of patient-centered care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A graduate degree from an approved Registered Nursing education program
  • Recent surgical nursing experience, preferably within the last 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $94,731 - $123,846 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension plan, health and dental insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
